Mike Brown, head coach of the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers, is this week's BCA Coach of the Week.  Brown has led the Cavaliers to a first round playoff victory over the Washington Wizards.  In a highly competitive series, the Cavaliers outlasted their Eastern Conference rivals in six games.  Brown and the Cavaliers will face the top team in the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics in the second round.

Brown began his head coaching career when he took over the Cavaliers in 2005.  In his short tenure, Brown has led the Cavaliers to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals (2006) as well as the NBA Finals (2007).  Before becoming a head coach, Brown was an assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs and Indiana Pacers.
